I’ve always loved the ocean (my parents literally got married underwater), but “mermaid” became more than a theme. It became a mindset. It’s about diving deep into new experiences, swimming against the current, and turning the everyday into magic.
The mermaid tail? That’s just for fun (and some serious side-eyes in public). But this blog is for anyone who wants to travel boldly, capture beauty through a lens, and live a life worth splashing around in.

Every guide, lesson, and resource here is built around one core idea: you should be able to fully experience an adventure and photograph well.
I go on wild adventures because that is what brings me back to being human. If adventure wakes me up, photography is how I bottle that feeling and stay awake.
It is my goal to help other travelers feel the same way I do about my adventure photos.
